Part 1
The niche cheat-sheet
Don't serve everyone. Pick one type of local business β you'll get good faster, your outreach gets sharper, and referrals compound.
The filter β pick a niche where all 3 are true: β one customer is worth $100+ to them Β· β‘ they're bad at marketing Β· β’ there are lots of them near you.
- π Barbers & salons β repeat customers, super visual (content gold), rarely market well.
- π Med-spas & aesthetics β high ticket, image-driven, competitive β they'll pay to stand out.
- ποΈ Gyms & studios β memberships = recurring revenue, community = endless content.
- π¦· Dentists & orthodontists β high customer value, trust-driven (reviews + content win).
- π§° Home services (roofers, HVAC, plumbers, landscapers) β huge job value, terrible marketing, hungry for leads.
- π½οΈ Restaurants & cafΓ©s β foot traffic + loyalty programs crush here (that's what Loop is for).
- π Auto (detailing, repair, dealers) β visual, high ticket, love before/after content.
- π‘ Realtors β personal brand + content directly wins listings.
Your move: pick ONE today. Get results. Expand later β never before.
Part 2
Outreach scripts
Every one leads with value first. You're not begging for a meeting β you're handing over something good. Swap [name] and [business] and go.
β Instagram DM β value first
"Hey [name] β I actually made your shop a quick promo video (no charge, just thought your content deserved better). Want me to send it over?"
β‘ Walk-in opener
"Hi, I'm [name] β I help [niche] around here get more customers with content and loyalty programs. I made a quick sample for you β mind if I show you 30 seconds?"
β’ Follow-up text/email
"Hey [name], following up β here's that promo I made for [business]: [link]. If you like it, I've got a simple way to keep your customers coming back too. Worth a quick chat this week?"
β£ The graceful no-reply
"No worries if now's not the time β I'll leave the video with you to use free either way. If you ever want more, I'm one text away. π"
Make the sample in the free Content Studio in minutes β a promo video or a few thumbnails. Walking in with finished work beats any pitch.
Part 3
The call framework
It closes because you're solving their problem β not selling yours. Follow the order. Talk less than they do.
- Set the frame."Thanks for the time β I'll keep this quick. Cool if I ask a couple questions first, then show you what I'd do?"
- Find the pain."What's the biggest thing holding back new customers right now?" β then shut up and let them talk.
- Amplify it."If that kept going another year, what's it costing you?" Make the problem real before you offer the fix.
- Bridge to the fix."Here's exactly how I'd solve thatβ¦" β tie your offer directly to the pain they just named.
- Offer + risk reversal."First month β if you don't love it, you don't pay." Kill their risk and the yes gets easy.
- Price, then silence.State the price. Then stop talking. Whoever speaks first loses. Let them respond.
- Handle "I'll think about it.""Totally β what specifically do you want to think through?" Uncover the real objection and answer it.
- Close."Want to start this week or next?" An easy either/or beats a scary yes/no.
