Same page, four looks. Tap one and the preview updates.

Photos

Tap a square to upload straight from your camera roll. The big one sits behind your shop name; the rest fill the gallery. Until you add any, the page shows barbershop artwork in your colour — it never looks empty.

Words

Your prices, hours, rewards and reviews come across from Loop automatically — you only fill in what Loop never asked for.

Find us

The address and phone must match your Google listing exactly — same abbreviations, same suite number. That match is what Google rewards.

The chairs

Your barbers, each with their own photo and their own Book button. People follow the man, not the shop — this is the part regulars send to their mates. Up to eight.

Shop music

Upload your own tracks and customers can play them on your page. It never starts on its own — they tap to listen. Up to five, 12 MB each.

How the shop runs

The three things people ask at the door, answered before they get in the car.

Extra buttons

Anything else you want people to tap — a product you sell, a second location. Up to three.

📍 Your Google listing

Google is where people search "barber near me". Do this once — it takes about ten minutes and it is free.

  1. Open business.google.com and claim your shop (or sign in if it is already yours).
  2. Paste the Website field below. Most shops leave this empty — that is the single biggest thing you are fixing today.
  3. Paste the description.
  4. Set your hours to match the ones below.
  5. Add your services and prices.
  6. Upload 5+ photos. Google shows shops with photos first.
  7. Post the first update below so the listing does not look dormant.

Set your bio link to the one page that holds everything — booking, prices, directions, rewards. One link, not five.

🎁 The headline reward

What a full card earns, and how many visits fill it. This is the first thing a customer reads.

Written mid-sentence — "a free haircut", "a free beard trim" — because the card says "6 visits gets you a free haircut".

✂️ Milestone

A second reward on lifetime cuts — "every 10th cut is on us". Runs alongside the points card.

Milestone onCustomers claim it themselves from their card.

🕹️ The arcade

The games your customers play while they wait. Coins are play-money — they never touch the points card unless you put coin prizes in the store.

Card games (blackjack & poker)Some shops keep these off. Your call.

🔁 Bring them back sooner

Bonus points for the things you actually want more of. None of these discount the cut in the chair — they cost you points, not money. All off unless you turn them on.

Coming back soonerExtra points if their next cut is inside the window below. Buys a shorter gap without discounting anything.
25days
Filling your quiet daysExtra points for a mid-week visit. Point inflation instead of a cash discount.
Booking before they leaveExtra points if they book the next one at the register. Locks in the revenue and costs you nothing.
