Open the CSV and copy the lot, or pick the file. The first row should be the column names.
Where do I get the file?
Booksy — Booksy Biz → Clients → the ⋯ menu → Export.
Comes as a CSV with the name split into two columns; that's handled. Square — Dashboard → Customers → Directory → Export. Vagaro — Customers → Customer List → Export. Your phone — export contacts as CSV, or just type the regulars in.
Names and numbers are enough. If the file has a last-visit date, keep it — that's what
makes your win-back list work on day one instead of in three months.
2. Which column is which?
A last-visit date is worth adding if you have one — it makes your win-back list
work straight away instead of in three months.
3. Here's what will happen
Nobody gets texted automatically. Your clients haven't opted in to messages from Loop,
so they come in without text consent — you can still text them yourself from the win-back list,
one at a time, from your own phone. They opt in themselves when they scan your card.
