Price it right β€” keep them forever

Landing a client is step one. The business is in turning that one client into recurring income β€” and making sure they never want to leave.

Beginners undercharge, do one-off gigs, and stay broke. Here's how to price like a pro and build income that shows up every month.

Pricing

Charge for the result, not the hours

Never price by time β€” you'll cap yourself and race to the bottom. Price by the outcome: more customers. A shop that gets 10 extra jobs a month doesn't care if it took you 2 hours or 20.

Weak: "$25/hour for social media." Strong: "$500/month to run your content + loyalty and keep customers coming back."
The model

Retainers > one-offs

A one-off is a paycheck. A retainer is a business. Charge a set monthly fee and deliver ongoing. Just a handful of clients on retainer = real, predictable income.

4 clients Γ— $500/mo = $2,000/mo recurring β€” and it compounds as you add more without losing the old ones.
Proof

Show the results β€” every month

What gets shown gets renewed. Send a simple monthly recap: new leads, reviews collected, repeat visits, content posted. When they can see the value, cancelling feels like a loss.

The CRM + analytics in the toolstack track this for you β€” you just screenshot it and send.
Retention

Make them un-leavable with loyalty

Here's the secret weapon: run a loyalty program for their customers (that's what Loop is). Their customers come back more β†’ their revenue climbs β†’ your results look incredible β†’ they'd never fire the person driving that.

You're not just "the content person." You're the reason their regulars keep showing up. That's a client for years.
Grow

Ask for referrals β€” and raise your rates

Happy, results-getting clients are your best salespeople. Ask: "Who else do you know that could use this?" And as your results stack up, raise your prices for new clients. You're worth more now β€” charge it.
