Text message consent

Short version: texting is optional. Choose which texts you want, one at a time. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, HELP for help. We never sell or share your number for marketing.

Never Miss a Call is a phone receptionist service from TB Solutions used by local plumbing, HVAC and electrical companies. When you call a participating business, the receptionist can book your service call. Separately, and only if you choose to, it can text you about that service call, and the business can text you occasional offers.

You can book a service call, get a quote, or do anything else with the business without agreeing to any text messages.

Choose your texts

Each box below is a separate choice. Check none, one, or both.

By checking a box and saving, you agree to receive that type of automated text message from the business you called, sent through TB Solutions, at the number you entered. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies as described above. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. SMS terms · Privacy policy.

Consent given on the phone

Most people never see this page; they're on the phone with the receptionist. Consent for service call texts is asked for out loud, one question, and recorded in the call log:

"Want me to text you the confirmation and a heads-up when the tech is on the way? It's optional — I can just read it to you instead."

Only a clear yes turns on service call texts. The receptionist never asks about offers or reminders on the phone; those require this page. Every call is recorded and the yes/no is stored with the booking.
