TB Solutions ("we", "us") is a digital marketing studio based in Chester County, Pennsylvania, operating tbsol.net and related tools (client portals, CRMs, lead capture pages). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
We do not sell your personal information.
If you give us your mobile number — by entering it on a rewards, booking, or sign-up page, or in person at a participating business — you agree to receive text messages related to that business, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, loyalty and rewards notifications, and occasional offers or win-back messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for full details, including supported carriers and how to get support.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party except the subaccount providers strictly required to deliver your messages (for example, our messaging carrier, Twilio). All other categories of data may be shared as described below, but text-messaging originator opt-in data is excluded from all such sharing.
Service providers that host and power our tools: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (website hosting), Google (email delivery, calendars, AI processing of form content), Twilio (text-message delivery), and our automation server (Hostinger). If you submitted a form on a page we run for a business client, that business receives your submission. We may disclose information if required by law.
Some form submissions are processed by AI services (such as Google Gemini) to help route, summarize, or respond to them. This content is not used by us to train AI models.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the CCPA), you may have additional rights. To exercise any of them, email nikbyrd28@gmail.com — we'll respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Data is encrypted in transit, stored with row-level access controls, and accessible only to authorized accounts. No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting you, we'll notify you as required by law.
Our services are for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
